Can You “Fix” Gray Hair from the Inside Out?
Though I’m currently blonde, I’ve had a love affair with hair coloring for years — and so have used every shade under the sun. But when it comes to gray, I just don’t want it — though plenty of celebrities, like perky Paula Deen look fine in gray.
But I’ve been seeing a product called Go Away Gray that claims it can restore natural chair color just by taking a supplement. The explanation is that this supplement works within the hair follicle to stop the the graying process internally by replacing an enzyme called catalase that is lost with age.
Further, the culprit behind graying hair is said to be hydrogen peroxide. So if the catalase is able to break down the hydrogen peroxide, this should stop the graying process, allowing natural hair color to come back at the root.
A one-month supply of Go Away Gray costs $29.99, or three bottles for $59.98, and can be found in some stores and online at . The shampoo and conditioner are each $19.99. For millions of Dads stubbornly bucking the trend of greying gracefully, Go Away Gray makes the most thoughtful gift!
Does it work? I have no idea. Has anyone tried this product? Results? Please share.
