Hilton Head Health Opens True
Hilton Head Health is currently undergoing a major renovation to grow beyond the #1 weight loss center and offer a number of wellness options as well:
True restaurant was completely renovated and reopened on October 13. A new a la carte menu features healthy delicious options like lobster tacos, California pizza, a variety of fish and poultry options, and even offers wine.
A new lounge area is next to True for downtime before and after group classes.
The new Indigo Spa is currently under construction (Indigo means deep inner discovery and was also one of the three main crops native to Hilton Head), estimated completion Christmas 2014.
A 30-room Inn is underway. Previously Hilton Head Health guests would stay in rental condos. Expected to be open late spring 2015.
New Programming will Feature 3 Separate Tracks
LoseWell – The Hilton Head Health weight loss program is intense, lasts 4 weeks and is really about people who are seeking guidance and to be held accountable to lose weight (40 lbs or more).
LiveWell – The new changes will shift to more of a healthy lifestyle and wellness focused experience. This is a week long program focused on those who need to lose 10 -30 pounds who need a quick reboot to get back on track.
PlayWell – This brand new initiative will launch this fall. Still targeting the health and wellness conscience, this package will focus on all the fun recreational outdoor offerings you can do on Hilton Head – really focusing on the destination. Think golf, beach yoga, parasailing, walking tours of Historic Savannah, paddle boarding, kayaking etc.
