Zen to Medi Spas in Rockland, Maine
Rockland, Maine has long been known for lobsters, but not necessarily as a destination spa haven. But with the Historic Inns of Rockland, there are packages that provide an Estrogen Escape or just a spa getaway. The spas are Rheal Day Spa (Zen) and Skin Klinic & Day Spa (MediSpa). I tried them both and was delighted with their services.
