Instructor Egon Castlunger is a certified Hatha Yoga teacher, Zen Shiatsu practitioner, Heilpraktiker, and hiking guide. His Yoga teaching is a contemporary style, based on Hatha Yoga (Asanas, Pranayama, Meditation), Vinyasa flow elements and Yin Yoga, with the background knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine and Zen Shiatsu.
